Continuing his focus on the service and quality values he started the company with in 2000, he keeps his teams and expertise ready to respond quickly and efficiently.  Mike drives excellence with significant investments in personnel, training, equipment and contemporary office and machine shop facilities to sustain growth and maintain high service levels to an ever-increasing client base. Ena Young, the Business Manager, applies expertise and excruciating attention to detail focused on customer service and efficient operations. Shannon Howse, an experienced and certified Journeyman Millwright is the Machine Shop Supervisor.          The Team Young's excels with quality workmanship and creating innovative solutions.
